Procedures/testing Details

1) Inspect all the material when arrived, ensure they will match customers' requirements.

2) Inspect the semi-finished goods.

3) Inspect the finished products.

4 )Final inspection while packing up all the goods, if there are no problems, 

QC will issue final inspection report and releasethe goods.

We have several options for developing new designs: 

1) Customers provide their artworks and samples for making samples, such as Fila customer

2) Customers give us only their ideas, and we design and develop for them, such as our Asics

 customer 

3) We design and develop our new products according our marketing experience for our 

customers' choice

After  order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the all department before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control

1)100% inspection for the cutting, main trim, production(making a pre-production sample before production)and the finished product.    

4)Q/A for packing inspection; 

5)Final inspection while packing up all the messenger bag. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC will issue the inspection report and release for shipping

6) We strictly follow ISO AQL standards

1. Are you manufacturer? If yes, in which city?

Yes, we're factory with 30000 square meters. And we're in Quanzhou city, Fujian Province.

2. How to do if I can't reach your minimum order quantity? What's your delivery time and payment terms?

Do not worry about that. If you can't reach MOQ for each item, we suggest you refer to our goods in stock and group sourcing items.

We also can send you the latest list of the prompt goods for your reference.

These are also our hot selling items. You can get them in lower price and smaller quantity.

3. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. And we've made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You

can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 5-7 days. The sample fee is charged

according to the material and size of the product.

4. If I can't buy a full container, will you accept less than full container goods?

Less than full container is acceptable. But we will need charge extra fee accroding to the quantity.

5. How about your quality guarantee?

Quality is 1st priority.we always attach great importance to quality controling from raw material to shipping. our factory has gained

TUV Rheinland and BSCI certificates .
